The Berkshire Project was a full historic restoration of a 1925 Spanish Revival in Winter Park — bought sight-unseen, taken back to the studs, and rebuilt over eight months. Jeremy managed every stage personally, from demolition through the final detail.
THE STORY

The Berkshire Project began with a leap of faith — a 1925 Spanish Revival in Winter Park, purchased in December 2022 without a walk-through. What Jeremy found inside was a home with good bones and decades of compromise: original character worth saving, layered under work that had to go.
Over eight months, the home was taken back to the studs and rebuilt — structural repairs, full systems, and a careful restoration of the details that make a 1925 home worth keeping. The character stayed. The compromises didn’t.
The result is a home that reads as its original era from the street and lives like a modern one inside.
