This whole-home remodel took an established Central Florida house and reworked it room by room — updating finishes, fixtures, and layout for the way the family lives now. Property Fixology managed the full sequence of trades, with Jeremy on site to keep the work moving and the quality consistent across every room.

A whole-home remodel succeeds or fails in the seams between trades. Ours hold together because one builder is responsible for all of them. Jeremy planned the sequencing before work started, coordinated the trades through the build, and kept the finish quality consistent from the first room to the last.

Whole-home work is where personal oversight matters most. Multiple trades, a long timeline, and dozens of sequencing decisions all ran through Jeremy directly — no project-manager middlemen.
